Definitions

Account Management

4.1 Account Security

4.2 Unauthorised Access

4.3 Account Closure by Player

Prior to closure, any outstanding verified balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification or wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

4.4 Account Suspension and Termination by 49bd

5.3 Currency

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Standard withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 minutes of submission, subject to identity verification being complete. 5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games with a return-to-player above a stated threshold — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Where such activity is detected, 49bd reserves the right to void bonus winnings, remove bonus funds from the account, and restrict future promotional eligibility, without obligation to provide detailed justification to the player.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry date as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress that have not been completed within the stated period will be automatically removed from the player's account. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Wagers

49bd reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including after the wager has been placed, if 49bd determines that the wager was placed in error, resulted from a technical fault, or was accepted at an incorrect price due to a manifest error in the odds or game outcome data.

7.2 Manifest Errors

Where a wager is accepted at a price or under conditions that constitute an obvious and manifest error — including typographical errors in odds, technical malfunctions affecting game or odds integrity, or human input errors — 49bd reserves the right to void the wager and return the stake to the player's account balance. This right applies regardless of whether the wager has already been settled.

7.3 Game Provider Rules

Prohibited Activities

1. Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register using your personal details or payment methods.
2. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point of identity verification.
3. Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a jurisdiction where access to the platform is prohibited by law.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or otherwise interact with the platform in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
5. Colluding with other players or with game provider employees to fix outcomes, share information, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
6. Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources and subsequently withdrawing them through the platform.
7. Exploiting any software bug, technical fault, or pricing error for financial gain without reporting it to 49bd immediately upon discovery.
8. Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or account credentials without their explicit consent and without both parties notifying 49bd.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 49bd platform — including but not limited to the 49bd brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the property of 49bd or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 49bd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not confer any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 49bd content without the prior written consent of 49bd.
